Prerequisites
Completed form -> https://500.mgt.entgra.net/endpoint-mgt/configurations/platform-configuration/ios/mdm-profile

Steps
go to MDM profile -> https://500.mgt.entgra.net/endpoint-mgt/configurations/platform-configuration/ios/mdm-profile
select EULA part
then again select MDM Profile

Description
When go to MDM Profile it shows a browser chache. when goto other page and return to MDM Profile it shows the correct data [1].
