[Windows] When wipe operation triggered it does not dis enroll from UEM server in windows bulk enrollment

Environment details
6.0.0 server

Prerequisites
Windows bulk AZURE AD Joined (COPE) enrolled device (windows)

Steps
go to single device view page
wipe the windows device

Description
when the wipe operation triggered it wipe the windows device.
but on server side the device was not removed [1] [2].
no errors in carbon log.

Result

In UEM server side device was not removed(dis enrolled)
it shows the device is inactive.
