windows device that was enrolled via Bulk enrollment(PPKG)
Steps
go to single device view page, then disenroll the device
Description
"Traditional Enrollment - The device disenrolls but the on the server side the device is still in active state.
Azure AD Joined - For enrollments done through OOBE it is recommended by Microsoft to wipe the device instead of remote disenrolling. The disenroll option needs to be hidden from device operations when this type of enrollment is done in the single device info page."
