Description

When clicked on the Apps tab it freezes (stuck for a brief period) and starts again. when click on a different tab and again click on the Apps tab it still freezes and taxes sometimes for loading.

Reproducing the issue: [1]
Note: if the device has a fewer number of apps, app tab doesnt freeze. but if it has large number of apps it will freeze.
