Install operations are not showing for Android enterprise apps installing via "Enrollment Application Install " policy

Environment details
Staging server(6.1.0)

Prerequisites
4 or 5 published Android enterprise apps
Cope enrolled device
A "Enrollment Application Install" policy that was created including above 4 or 5 apps [1].

Steps
Apply the policy on the device

Description
When the policy applied on the device it should show "INSTALL_APPLICATION" operation for all the apps that were in the policy(lets say 4 apps).
but currently it only shows one INSTALL_APPLICATION operation [2]. but on the device side all applications have installed.

Note: If the "Add Configuration" option was added, this install operation doesn't show [3]

How should be the behavior: it should show a INSTALL_APPLICATION operation for each and every app on the policy.
user can see the details of the app by clicking on the "Details" button in the INSTALL_APPLICATION operation.
