Steps
platform configuration -> Windows Configuration -> General configuration
EX: https://localhost:9443/endpoint-mgt/configurations/platform-configuration/windows/general-config
try to click on polling interval and then click outside the box or empty the polling interval box and try to save.

Should show a appropriate message in when try to leave the box empty.
