Description

Currently additional logs of the installation details are shown like this. (+,-) icon used to expand and close the additonal log UI.
This needs to be eliminated and add a more details column.

More Info:
This is caused by the expandedRowKeys properties used in the table. that automatically renders the (+,-) icon.
Todo comment is added for the More details column.
Seperate additional UI rendering logic needs to be added eliminating the expandedRowKeys.
