Prerequisites
Trigger an app installation on a user role (e.g., Viranga)
- Go to the "Roles" section
- Rename the role (e.g., change Viranga123 to Viranga_New ) which previously triggered the app installation
- Now go to the App Store
- Go inside the app that triggered the installation
- Click on "Subscription Details"
- Go inside "Role Subscriptions"
Issue
After renaming the user role, the new role name is not reflected in the role subscription section. The role name displayed there still shows the old name.
Note: This renaming issue happening for groups, user, roles.
after the renaming, it doesnt show the installations(empty installation page) of that app triggered on those groups, roles, users. it recognize the renamed entity as a new entity.
Note 2: This showing old role/user/group name is happening on uninstallation as well [2].
Refer to the video attached in files.
