Prerequisites
  • Enrolled devices
  • An app with subscriptions installed on devices
Steps
  • Go to the Apps store and select an app.
  • Navigate to the subscription details section.
  • Go to the device subscription or any other relevant section.
  • Perform a search using the tags "triggered by" and "Action Status."
Issue
  • When performing a search using the tags "triggered by" and "Action Status," the search does not return correct values. Additionally, it sometimes displays duplicate Action Status tags.
  • When using multiple search tags, it does not return correct values. [2]
  • When moving to other tabs (e.g., Completed Devices, Pending Devices, Failed Devices, New Devices), the search field status does not change. [2]
