Steps
Click on create + icon
select policy
select windows
select app locker and click on "Off"/ this will toggle to "on"
Click on Add button
Scroll to last column(Action) and try to click on grant
Refer the Video [1]
Video is attached to the file section of the ticket

Description

When clicked on grant it automatically select the Deny. cannot select on "Grant"
when clicked on again the drop down it shows the both "Deny" and "Grant" are selected [2]
