Description

Issue 1
By default set the minimum value for failed attempts as 4. currently it has no value if not set. When no value [1] is set it takes the default value as 1 and wipe the secure folder after 1 failed attempt.

Issue 2
Need to correct the wording as "Maximum number of failed attempts before secure folder wipe"
Note: currently it is as "Maximum number of failed attempts before device wipe" [1]
Note: correct the tooltip as well
