Issue 1:
When hover over a unclickable field(installed or uninstalled) the displayed msg is wrong.
how it show: You have not subscribed for the above category.
how it should be: You have not subscribed for this category.

Issue 2:
Need a similar tooltip to show there are no installed or uninstalled devices in the device subscription. for subscription it may not needed as in the UI it shows there are no installed devices available. but definitely need a tool tip for uninstalled one [1].

Issue 3:
When clicked on uninstalled, it shows the 4 tabs. In there the tooltip context is incorrect in all 4 tabs.
for example consider "Completed Devices" tab
In here the showed tool tip is "Devices where the app installation is completed." [2]
but actually it should be as "Devices where the app uninstallation is completed." since this is an uninstallation

Note: Pay special attention to "New Devices" tab.
In there, the showed devices are the ones that devices have completed the installation(device already has the app)

Issue 4: tool tip provided in NEW Devices tab is incorrect
How it is now: Newly enrolled devices where the app installation has not been triggered yet.
how it should be: Devices where the app installation has not been triggered yet. (set suitable words installation and uninstallation tabs)
