APPX certificate does not retain in the platform settings in windows agent configuration

Steps
Go to all device page
select platform configuration
select windows configuration
select agent configuration
fill all fields
save
Description
When initially saving the configs it save the APPX certificate.
but when loading this windows configuration again it does not have the saved certificate [1].
when saving again it send without the certificate(there is no certificate since it has not loaded).
initial save with the certificate [2]
2nd save with some edit [3] missing certificate!
need to load the certificate if there is already a certificate.
