Environment details
6.3.1 staging server

Prerequisites
Enrolled windows device
Configured windows agent

Steps
Select a windows device in endpoint-mgt
Select agent management operation
Tick entgra desktop app and background service
Click send to device

Description
When the windows agent installation is triggered(APPX or MSI) with ticking the checkboxes [1] it always send the payload as false [2]
