Environment details
6.3.1 staging server

Prerequisites
Enrolled windows device
Configured windows agent

Steps
Select a windows device in endpoint-mgt
Select remote session tab
Click on connect to device

Description
When the windows remote session is starting the windows agent(APPX) should be closed in order to connect to the device. IF the agent APPX is running at the time of clicking connect to device, it's not starting the screen share. When the agent APPX is closed when triggering the connect to device, it automatically opens the agent APPX and starts the screen sharing.

Endpoint-mgt> Windows device> Remote session> Connect to device
