Device operations should grey out(disabled) when device in "DISENROLLMENT REQUESTED" status

Staging server 6.4.0

Prerequisites
Enrolled device

Steps
select the device from all device page
click on "Disenroll the device"
this will put the device in "DISENROLLMENT REQUESTED" state.

Description
When a device is in "DISENROLLMENT REQUESTED" state, it shouldnt enable device operations.
These operations should be grey out and disabled.
