Description

After the fix done for https://roadmap.entgra.net/issues/11084 the Start Menu (and other APPX related apps) is blocked due to due a missing rule collection for Packaged Apps.
The app locker policy bundle should contain the rule collection for Packaged Apps for this to work correctly.
