Steps
add a new policy.
in there, search apps by package name
try couple of apps.
for example add com.sec.android.gallery3d, com.samsung.storyservice, com.samsung.android.widget.pictureframe
those apps should be in the device

Description
When searched the app via package names, some apps are not showing in the UI [1], [2].
but these apps are in the database [3].
