Cannot view APIM Publisher

Description

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start pack and log in to Entgra UI app (ex: endpoint-mgt)
2. Try to log in publisher. It will redirect the below URL1. The carbon log displays the error attached below.

[1] - https://mgt.cloudstaging.entgra.net/publisher/services/auth/login?not-Login

If you try to log in to the APPM Publisher using a browser other than the one that already has an active session with an Entgra UI, it works.
Ex: Log in to the endpoint mgt via chrome and APPM publisher using firefox.

Additionally, the issue is reproducing even with incognito tab with normal tab in a same browser.
