If you try to log in to the APPM Publisher using a browser other than the one that already has an active session with an Entgra UI, it works.
Ex: Log in to the endpoint mgt via chrome and APPM publisher using firefox.

Additionally, the issue is reproducing even with incognito tab with normal tab in a same browser.
