Description

In the current implementation [1] of the OS_UPDATES_INSTALL operation logs, all log records are displayed in an expanded state by default which results in a lengthy log view, requiring users to scroll extensively to navigate through the logs.
To improve user experience and readability:
Introduce a "View All" toggle that allows users to collapse/expand the operation logs.[2]
