Getting log out when logged in using same user in multiple browser instances

Environment details
Staging server 6.4.0
Prerequisites
none
Steps
log in to normal browser(i used chrome) using the user
then log in to private browser using the same user
Hard refresh the normal browser and do some work(like create a user).
then hard refresh the private browser.
next delete the user that was created from the normal browser(without hard refreshing)
when try to delete, user will get logged out.
when hard refresh the normal browser, u can delete the above created user.

Description
user gets logged out when logged in from a normal browser and a private browser using same user [1] [2].
Note: Tried logging with different browsers as well(chrome and firefox). But the issue is still reproducing.

Noticed frequent logouts when the same user is logging from different sessions via different devices. Also there is a issue when logging to the publisher portal. There might be a connection between these scenarios as well.
