Same android device enrolled twice

Description

Once the QR code was scanned, it showed an error in Android Agent indicating "Permission Missing" and redirected to the initial interface (Disclaimer Section). The device could be seen in the All Device section in endpoint, but did not display any information of the enrolled device.

It was successful in the second attempt and had been enrolled the same device as a new one. The same thing happened when trying with different android device.
