Description
1st issue:
last content of the table is not visible due to less space1.
2nd issue:
Added apps are not aligned2.
How to reproduce:
Go to app publisher -> select "configurations" -> select "Service providers"[3] -> click on "view apps"[4]

[4] You need to have a identity service provider added into your local or 500(in 500 its already connected).
