Showing wrong rating(stars) for an app in app store and app publisher app view card

Environment details
500 server

Prerequisites
published app with a review(give 4 stars review)

Steps
1. Go to app publisher.
2. create an app
3. publish an app with 4 star review

Expectation/Description
please note -> Right after making a review it shows correct rating. But after a day or two it shows the incorrect rating.

Number of stars should be 4. and the green bar should be along side of 4. Like this1

Result
A 4 star review should show 4 stars and green bar should be alongside of 4. but after a day or two it shows like this in app store2, [3].

in the app publisher, app view card shows the wrong rating4 too. Here it should show the yellow bar alongside 4
