*Environment details* 520 server *Prerequisites* Newly enrolled device *Steps* Enroll a device in COPE Let it sync multiple times check for serial number *Description* When a device was enrolled, that device should show the serial number. But in this case that serial number is not shown, it is shown as "unknown" [1]. Serial number is coming with device info [2], but not shown in UI. *Result* Serial number is shown as "unknown".
