Sometimes newly enrolled devices are not showing serial number in UI

Newly enrolled device

Steps
Enroll a device in COPE
Let it sync multiple times
check for serial number

Description
When a device was enrolled, that device should show the serial number. But in this case that serial number is not shown, it is shown as "unknown" [1].

Serial number is coming with device info [2], but not shown in UI.

After dis-enrolling and re-enrolling the same device, Serial number appears without an issue.

Result
Serial number is shown as "unknown".
