Description

Environment details
620 server

Prerequisites
Enrolled device
and ftp server: refer -> https://dlptest.com/ftp-test/

Steps
start a remote session
copy a file from device or ftp server
paste on ftp server or device
wait a bit(UI will freeze)

Description
Upon copying and pasting a file a the scroll bar will disappear. User will not be able to scroll up or down(Refer to 1st window of the video).
But after a couple of mins the whole UI will freeze(refer to 2nd window of the video)
No specific errors in console, network calls or carbon log

Result
UI will freeze after copying and pasting

in super tenant it is working fine.
but in sub tenant it is not working.
When try to copy it says msg payload cannot be parsed [2]
both super and sub tenant devices were COPE enrolled devices

There is nothing in the logs or network tab.

Files are copying.
some files are failing due to a different issue, not related to this.
