Zero touch is not syncing with "zero touch customer" portal

Environment details
Staging server 6.4.0

Prerequisites
Android device that is cable of zero touch enrollment
Access to zero touch portal.

Steps
Go to platform configurations
go to android configuration
select zero touch configs : https://uem.mgt.entgra.net/endpoint-mgt/configurations/platform-configuration/android/zero-touch
fill the necessary fields

Then click on "Enroll device" page.: https://uem.mgt.entgra.net/endpoint-mgt/devices/enroll
select enroll via zero touch from the drop down
click next
click on bulk enrollment

Description
When clicked on bulk enrollment it should sync with "zero touch customer" portal [1]
But when synced in UEM UI side it shows sync success, but in "zero touch customer" portal it does not show.
When synced it should create a config under configurations in "zero touch customer" portal.

Note: When synced it sometimes show the configs and sometimes not
Also sometime config appear and suddenly disappear.
But as of lately config does not show at all.
Also when vied via 2 separate views(2 users but using same cred) it shows different count of configs.

Result
zero touch configs is not creating in the "zero touch customer" portal.
