Device that enrolled as KIOSK
device that enrolled as Google work profile or fully managed
COPE enrolled device(not a must)

Steps
Go to app store
Click on the app
Click on the subscribe button
Click on install
Click on search field
Click on Ownership and select cosu(Kiosk) or Fully managed
search

Description
There are only 2 types of device types(BYOD/COPE).
When enrolling as Kiosk or fully managed these are marked as COPE and google work profile is marked as BYOD.

Due to this when searched by other than BYOD and COPE devices, that search does not return any values [2].

What fix need to do: Remove other device types except for BYOD and COPE.
Do this in both install and uninstall tables

Cannot search with other device types except BYOD and COPE
